Payment

You can pay in the following ways:

• Use VISA / Mastercard on site when ordering
• Cash upon receipt of goods at the "Nova Post"
• Using Google Pay, Apple Pay

Shipping

All physical products are shipped inside Ukraine only.

All digital products such as PDF sheet music are delivered to your email, so no additional actions are required.

All physical orders valued at UAH 1000 or above are delivered to the Nova Poshta branch and by courier to the address - free of charge!

The cost of delivery of orders paid when ordering online:

• to the New Post Office - UAH 80;
• courier delivery of Nova Poshta - UAH 100

Postpayment - the cost of delivery at the rates of Nova Poshta + 20 UAH (fixed amount of money transfer) + 2% of the order amount.

The approximate delivery time of the Order is from 1 to 3 working days. Delivery of some orders (depending on the selected product) can take up to 5 working days. Terms of delivery The order is given without taking into account the day of the order and when using the carrier LLC "Nova Post". The carrier informs the Buyer about the exact delivery time.

Attention!
The order is stored in the warehouse of the transport company for no more than 7 working days, starting from day 8 transport company will charge you for each day of storage.
Only the person indicated in the transport declaration as the consignee can receive the order.
You must have an identity document with you.
Orders with delivery via "Nova Post " are accepted according to the schedule of work of the carrier. The company's work schedule «Nova Post» can be found on its official website.
